About our services
Credit Score Boost is a credit services organization. We help consumers dispute information on their credit reports that they believe is inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable or obsolete, and we provide education on building credit. We are not a law firm, do not provide legal advice, and are not a lender.
Your rights
- You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureaus directly, at no cost to you.
- Neither you nor any credit repair company has the right to have accurate, current and verifiable information removed from your credit report.
- You may cancel your contract with us without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the 3rd business day after the date you signed it.
- Before you sign any agreement, we will give you the written statement of your rights required by the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act and any disclosures required by your state.
Fees
We do not charge or collect any fee before the services covered by that fee have been fully performed. Our fees, the services included and the estimated time to perform them are stated in your written agreement.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee the removal of any particular item or any specific increase in your credit score. Results depend on the information in your credit file and the responses of credit bureaus, creditors and collectors, and vary from person to person. Information on this website is for general education only.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and documents, to tell us about any changes to your address or credit, and to forward any correspondence you receive from credit bureaus or creditors while we're working on your file.
