A clear process, start to finish
Credit restoration isn't magic. It's a methodical process built on your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Here's exactly what happens when you work with us.
Free consultation
We start with a conversation about your goals: buying a home, getting a car, or just getting your financial life back on track. You'll pull your credit reports from all three bureaus, and we'll walk through them with you.
Sign up and onboard
If we can help, you'll receive a written agreement that spells out our services and fees, along with the disclosures required by federal law. You have 3 business days to cancel without penalty. Then you'll get secure access to your client portal.
Line-by-line report audit
We review every account, inquiry and personal detail on your Equifax, Experian and TransUnion reports, looking for anything inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable or older than the law allows.
Disputes and creditor letters
We prepare and send disputes to the credit bureaus, and where it helps, validation and goodwill letters to creditors and collectors. The bureaus generally have about 30 days to investigate each dispute.
Review results and repeat
As responses come in, we review what changed and plan the next round. You'll see updates in your portal and hear from us directly. Most files take several rounds of disputes.
Build positive credit
Removing errors is half the picture. We'll also coach you on utilization, payment history and new positive accounts, so your score keeps improving after we're done.
What you'll need to get started
- A government-issued photo ID
- Proof of your current address (a utility bill or bank statement)
- Access to your credit reports from all three bureaus
- Any letters or documents you've received from creditors or collectors
What to expect on timing
Every credit file is different. Some clients see changes after the first round of bureau responses; others with more complex files need several months. We'll give you an honest estimate during your consultation, never a guarantee.
We can't remove accurate, timely and verifiable information. If something on your report is correct, we'll tell you, and help you build positive credit around it.
